I'm not sure climate change is so dramatic that it would result in a 3-4 week advance in their migration. I imagine it may be related to something more local, which could be part of a gradual climate shift. It's hard to know. Perhaps they are just the early birds getting the worms and grasshoppers.

It seems to be at least 3 or 4 weeks ahead of schedule this year. I wonder if that's a consequence of climate change?
